Náplň práce: A wonderful retreat that exudes timeless style but still has every modern comfort. The hotel has 42 bedrooms and a 2 rosette restaurant. The role: You will be working as a CDP and will take full responsibility for the running of a particular section in the kitchen working to rosette standards. You will be responsible to the Sous Chef and will deputise in his absence.
Mzda: £14 500 per year

Kvalifikační požadavky: Essential criteria: You must have previous experience in similar establishments in order to apply and be committed to producing food of the standard produced at this establishment. To be successful in this role you will have excellent team skills and be able to work under pressure. You must be reliable and an example to those below you. Desirable criteria: A personal interest in food and wine and the desire to learn and improve.
